On balance he's probably right. There's certainly something to be said for hiding away in a little coffee shop to do some of your better thinking...or at least I like to think so.
According to Oliver- while there is evidence for and against the positive effects of caffeine on the mind- what certainly rings true is that;
"The rituals of coffee, the surroundings in which it's drunk, the beliefs we have about it: they're as potent a brew as the few itself."
Something to be said for that...
